The Movie Mull

The boys are back together! The lovely table returns! 
 
Richard is in the host's chair and is asking the question, what draws you to the cinema? What makes you go no matter what? What will make you head in blindly assuming that you will love the movie you are about to watch? 
 
The question then evolved to, if you could only see one movie at the cinema, what would be the deciding factor? 
 
What would be your answer? 

In this week's episode, we are all sharing the movies we have been watching and our reviews of them, once again we had to be isolated for the recording, but we hope to be next to one another again soon. 

The mulls have been super busy and not had time to get together lately, so Neil posed some questions to the group, we each then had to send through our own answers. Neil then put all of that together to create an episode for you lovely lot!

Justin will argue that Jaws is one of the best of movies ever made, Richard will do very little to stand in the way of this opinion, but what about Darren and Neil? Do they challenge this? Who has the best Jaws fact? What was missing?

Darren confessed that high school movies were part of one of his favourite genres of movies...the mulls needed to know a lot more before they would commit to the same agreement! We each found movies based in high schools and then discussed if there were top picks, tropes that we love or indeed hate, movies that break the rules, and if this works.

Spoiler Alert: This is a review episode of the movie Bullet Train, whilst we do not spoil loads, there are obviously moments which we discuss details of the movie, if you are planning on seeing the movie, you may wish to skip this episode until afterwards. 
All of the mulls took a trip to the cinema to watch Bullet Train, we spoke beforehand and said what we were expecting, we watched the movie and then had a great chat about what our thoughts were.

Richard fights for a point...upon reflection, he has realised that he was indeed wrong about his quote, but has refused to tell the other mulls as he got half a point and wishes to keep that!
